weight 179.2 blood sugar 100. 1 pm 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup watermelon 10 carbs. 3 PM 1 lolly pop 10 carbs. 5:30 terriayi chicken, brown rice, broccoli 50 carbs. I have a bad sinus headache that's making me sick to my stomach. a lot of chocolate candy to get rid of my headache. I'm gonna guess about 100 carbs worth. 170 carbs for the day. My headache did go away, but I felt terrible eating all that chocolate :(
