Weight 175.2 blood sugar 115. 9:45 AM- fiber one bar and an apple 32 carbs. 12:45 3/4th of a Big Mac my book says 1 equals 45 carbs. I'll count all of them even though I didn't eat it all, to make up for under guessing on what I'll eat later, not knowing what that will be. 5 PM salad with ranch dressing and 6 pretzel flip crackers 40 carbs. 7 PM cheese cube, crackers and blueberries 35 carbs. 142 carbs for the day.
