weight 179.6 blood sugar 121. 8 AM 1 fiber plus bar and 1 small apple 39 carbs. 10:30- 15 almonds- 15 carbs. 12:30- ham, baked beans, potato salad 45 carbs. 3 PM 4 marshellow bunnies 30 carbs. 5:30 eggplant, mozerella cheese, bread crumbs, spagehtti sauce, cucumbers 45 carbs.
